Our Process
To produce our vibrant lab-grown gemstones, we use a method called Flux Fusion. Though this method is more expensive and time-consuming as compared to others, but this is the best method to produce gemstone that are chemically identical to mined counterparts, and just as brilliant.
Depending on the type of gemstone to be created, component of different minerals is dissolved in a solvent to create a unique blend of liquid that feeds a seed crystal in a crucible container. Over the next 8 to 12 months, the crystalline structure of our gemstones grows slowly under intense heat and pressure (just like that of those in earth!).
When we open the crucible after a year, the raw lab-grown gemstones are unearthed (without harming any of our land or trees!). To reduce any waste, these new raw gemstones continue to stay as raws until we receive your order and begin the cutting, polishing process.
